readme / what this is
A dinner, not a conference
Four times a year, up to fifteen people who are genuinely deploying AI sit down in London and talk about the messy middle bit over dinner - the part nobody puts on a stage. Good food, warm room, no slides.
- +You own AI adoption, delivery, systems or tooling somewhere it has to work for real people.
- +You've shipped something you're proud of, and quietly retired something else.
- +You'd rather swap notes with people in the same weather than compare headcount.
- +You're happy to say the bit you haven't figured out yet.
- +You're welcome whether your background is technical or non-technical, and whatever the size or maturity of your company. We're all builders now.
- –You're mainly hoping to sell something to the other fourteen guests.
- –The AI work is still a slide rather than something running.
- –You'd like a stage, an audience and a photographer — we're just having dinner.
Ideas exchange
The best bit: what you'd actually try next, borrowed from someone who already tried it.
What's working great, what's challenging
Both halves, honestly. The wins are useful; the sticking points are usually more useful.
Tech vs adoption
The model or harness is rarely the hard part. Getting people to change how they work is.
Pace of change
How to keep up without rebuilding everything every month, and what's safe to ignore.
Tools vs processes vs systems
Where the leverage really sits once the novelty of a new tool wears off.
Bonus rounds
When the table's in the mood: AI sovereignty, and post-AGI economics.
- 18:00Doors, drink in hand, no name badges. Ever.
- 18:30Sit down to chat and eat together.
- 18:45Round the table: what you shipped, what broke, what you'd redo.
- 19:15Open conversation - this is where the useful stuff happens.
- 20:30A cheeky pint at the Pub. Entirely optional, very well attended.
starts at 6pm · up to 15 at the table · central London
Nothing leaves the room
Stories stay at the table, and nothing is recorded. AI notetakers left at the door.
No selling
Come as a guest, not as a pitch. It keeps everyone relaxed.
Everyone joins in
Every voice gets airtime - that's what makes it worth the evening.
